It’s worded awkwardly but theyre saying there’s no precedence in our history for a right to transition and therefore you’re not entitled to have it now.

Holy fuck they need to learn how to order the parts of their sentence. “The right to transitioning treatments is not rooted in our nation’s history and tradition, for anyone - adult or child” is a much less ambiguous way to say that horrifically ghoulish and evil sentence that they should’ve been hanged for writing.

it’s incoherent because LACK of something is not tradition, unless you count the long bloody history of minority enslavement and persecution as “tradition”

What they are attempting to say is because trans people “didnt exist” in the past and the right to trans care wasn’t mentioned in the constitution, your medical care isn’t protected.

These specific chuds didn’t exist in the past and I see no reason they have a right to keep existing.
