Yeah I will say as someone old enough to do the deed without pornography (I mean: it wasn’t easily accessible via the internet): it’s very doable without and if you feel like you just can’t anymore that’s probably a good sign to try cutting yourself off
Audio porn might be a good way to wean oneself off of standard video porn if they don’t feel comfortable jumping straight off of it
