Definitely true, but I think the specific idea of the school board itself being ruling class comes from CRT-panic (and similar past panics), which is just antisemitic tropes rebranded for 2022. It’s antisemitism without the Jews, and when it gets scratched I’m pretty sure it will be antisemitism original formula.
