The guy with the burn scars… Aokiji? Dragon? Sabo? Shanks for some reason?

I hope it’s a new character. I love the New World and i know that everything there is controlled by the emperors but i’m tired of knowing “everything” about the one piece world. Show me some new guy like Xebec or something.

I think it’s gotta be a new character, Aokiji could be possible but it’s hard to see how he would relate to the last poneglyph and why Kid and Law would be seeking him out
