The Cross Guild certainly explains how Buggy became an emperor, not just teaming up with Mihawk and Crocodile but the bounties on the Marines must be a huge threat to the World Government.
I think burned face is sabo due to robins reaction and the events surrounding him.

jesus, this chapter had a lot going on. i liked the conversation with kid, law, and luffy, and oden’s dad was a fun bit. i’m tentatively excited for yamato, though there’s still plenty of room for oda to fuck this up big time. i kind of doubt it at this point, but it’s definitely possible.
I think Yamato will be a fun addition since he’s very Luffy-like, the only thing I could see being annoying is pervert jokes with Sanji and Brooks but I doubt that’ll be more than a handful
Loving the reveals and wondering who the burned face man is. Either someone associated with the Rocks, Roger, or the Void Century. Also the movie dropped a big hint about Shanks that explains a lot if it’s true.
So his last name is something like Farland. The implication is one of two things: He’s named after one of the founding members of the current world government, and this means that he’s either a Celestial Dragon, or he’s like Vivi and descended from one.
Oh shit, that would explain how he was able to personally speak to the Gorosei

I hope it’s a new character. I love the New World and i know that everything there is controlled by the emperors but i’m tired of knowing “everything” about the one piece world. Show me some new guy like Xebec or something.
