we would probably need more universities in the US in order to do that. and we might also need to raise the rigor of some of the existing universities

there will always be “best” universities and whatever “problem” the racist colleges think they’re solving with the racism would happen again if the rest of society is unchanged.

idk let a couple classes of asian-only ivy league graduate and then maybe the mayo reactionaries will agree to spend money on head start and k12 shit.

who am i kidding they’d just legislate the racism instead of having it be policy.
