Yeah, I found it very strange that both the Eusan Empire AND the Eusan Revolutionary Republic use Red/Yellow soviet style iconography, and yet both nations are portrayed as clownishly evil, so I guess the writers be like, “Lol both sides”? :maybe-later-kiddo:

Right? It’s all incredibly incoherent if you try to make sense of the solar system’s politics. This in combination with the heaping sum of homage in the game leads me to believe that there isn’t actually very much substance in its story - that everything has been borrowed except for the beautiful, but unintelligible window dressing
