I just had avocado toast for lunch. It was about 40 cents worth avocado and another 20 cents of bread but if you cant afford a mortgage and want to blame me I understand.

Now you’re saving almost 30 cents a meal which over a 60 year life would save you $6500. Just enough to move to a slightly better apartment before the world is engulfed in flames.
