Stuff like this rly shows how far up their own asses Americans are. Spend a few days in any inner city ghetto, spend a few fucking days away from the hotel at your favorite tourist trap, spend some fucking time on the nitty gritty details of the hellish landscapes the US and west have created overseas. Fuck visit your local nursing home and see how many people are passing away without dignity. Like really just fucking do that. And if you’ve done all that and come back spouting bullshit like this, you’re a fucking grifter and you deserved the fucking wall. Maybe we expect too much, but history is heavy as fuck and seeing bullshit like this gets me so goddamn pressed.

Like I can somewhat understand the bullshit ass harm reduction arguments but stuff like this really shows how comfortable you are within western imperial hegemony
