Western “leftists” are so goofy, it’s legitimately embarassing. Who turns down an option to meet a head of state, period, especially one willing to discuss your personally listed grievances? Clown shit.
I wouldn’t used the word goofy here, it was a person who ostensibly wanted to talk about embargo but not with the head of state suffering from that embargo? The only possible conclusion is that they are in fact supporting it because it is de facto identical stance to the US government which would also wanted to talk about it but not with the current Cuban government.
The word is “reactionary” and “imperialist”.
