As you could probably guess from my username, I’m a pretty big fan of getting high as shit and watching Godzilla movies. Some of my favorites are Godzilla vs Destoroyah, Shin Godzilla, Godzilla vs Biollante, Godzilla 2014 and many others. The Revenant is also fantastic while high especially if you have a good tv and good sound. The fact that it was shot on location with 100% natural light makes it a gorgeous film to look at. Other stoned favorites of mine include Scorsese’s Silence (2017), Mad Mad Fury Road, Predator (original of course), Jurassic Park, Hereditary, Annihilation, Ex Machina, Apocalypse Now, Blade Runner and Blade Runner 2049, Akira, The Ghost in the Shell (original anime), Princess Mononoke. Romeo +Juliet (1996) is a movie I watched while stoned recently and I fuckin loved it.
What are some movies you feel are even better when you’re high?
I didn’t get American psycho before watching it high so I’d recomend that… on the flip side, watching og star wars high really shattered some of the magic those movies had from when I was a kid, so I’d argue against doing that
