I remember one of the cases of “it’s literally illegal to misgender trans women in Canada” that chuds were obsessed with was this human rights case in Canada. To summarize it, the defendant was the Vancouver PD, and misgendering was used as part of the evidence, but their officers made a habit of harassing this one trans woman, and arresting her over trivial stuff, when in jail they’d taunt her and deny her access to medical treatment.
