If she has the power to block Pelosi for a “concession” like M4A or exceptions to PAYGO, she has the power to just permanently block Pelosi. Deny a majority in the Speakership vote unless it is for someone better, including being against PAYGO.

But even if you don’t think it’s possible, you don’t start from the compromised position.
