Where do they get their information? Property values go up when you’re next to a park. I bet the data shows parks are better for property value than golf courses.

The poors being allowed there is what might bring the property values down. This petty bourgie “suburban psychosis” is baked into the fucking housing market and homeowners’ associations exist to discipline suburbanites who don’t fall in line.

Exactly! Courses have to be constantly maintained, and that’s hella expensive to do properly. Otherwise they look like shit. Ever driven by a run-down golf course? It looks pretty ugly.
