I really miss the charismatic leaders of the Left in the US. It seems all the left has is nerdy podcasters, policy wonks, streamers, socdem politicians etc. There are no “superstar” organizers who do direct action, no labor leaders commanding huge unions and giving big speeches, no generals of leftist militias etc.

I’m convinced that some form of Anarchism is in America’s future considering the country’s deference to Authority on many levels. Always remember that Anarchists are on the terrorist watchlist and not MLs.

Angela Davis is technically still around. Kinda wonder why we don’t hear from her more. She’s old, sure, but still younger than Bernie. I’m not suggesting she run for president or anything, but she doesn’t seem to have a lot of presence in left media these days.
