That’s an earnest response, thanks bud. I truly was radicalized by /r/chapo, though. I never would’ve picked up Lenin or Marx without the sub. I didn’t even realize being a socialist was an actual option before that.

That’s sound advice, thank you. I live in the Midwest and I’ve managed to alienate most of my family since I’ve become radicalized, so shit’s been lonely. Reading theory has brought a lot of comfort and direction, but I’m still working through my depression and introversion to get out of the house and do some IRL praxis.
To give my shitty ass doodoo perspective, Chapo actually kept me in the loop pretty well. I would LOVE to say that Chapo going offline got me reading more news & more theory but I can’t say that’s the case, if anything the opposite. To be a part of an online community where theory is discussed makes you want to engage with an informed opinion. ESPECIALLY when I got downvoted to shit.
