The thing is people don’t control their preferences so even if someone has a “transphobic preference” that doesn’t make them a transphobe or a bad person. The same way like, if someone is taught to be racist growing up and then rejects that as an adult, they may still have internalized racism to deal with.

Imo I would like to see a future where gender preferences are deemphasized in general. From my perspective gender is just another trait and for me it’s far from the most indicative of whether I’ll be attracted to someone. Like, I would think that most men who identify as straight would be more attracted to a femboy than to someone’s grandmother. And like, this is probably just my bisexuality talking but male and female bodies aren’t really that different, all things considered. Everybody’s got a butt and a neck and legs and thighs and nipples and lips and eyes and hair and (Allah forgive me) feet. Sure there’s variation in shape between male and female bodies but there’s also a ton of variation in body type within each gender. If you can’t find something in that list you like and all that matters is the right genitalia then that just sounds like you’re just bad at sex, just saying.

You can want what you want and it’s not wrong, and you shouldn’t date someone you’re not attracted to just to prove how woke you are, but it is worth asking yourself whether your preferences are actually strictly exclusionary, and if so then why.

I just want FALGSC but where everybody is NB and attracted to everyone tbh.
