I’m useless when people ask for recipes but can totally improvise if I know what’s available. It’s also fun.
that scotch is a damn fine flavor. if you had scotch and a little butter, you could toss together a half decent sauce for that pasta. anyone who keeps a kitchen without whiskey and a bottle of red wine just hates flavor.
I thought of that but considering the list I figured the scotch would be wasted on food.
