You can explore all different topics in a nice view system, there are huge effort posts laid out you can read through on multiple topics, huge section for Soviet books that a user archived etc.
Depending on the topic heading you would expect just normal chit chat but if you are entering an indepth topic you would be expected to adopt your tone differently etc.
It is a shame the net has moved to Reddit like systems which inevitably moves online discourse to the kind of short, stunted comments of puns/jokes/shitposting
