You see, harm reduction is when you re-open child prisons. The more child prisons you re-open the more harm has been reduced.

At least it’s consistent. Biden was a big supporter in the 90s of treating children as adults so more of them would go to jail. He loves putting kids in jail. It’s like his thing, apparently

To be fair to Joe, this only applies if you’re the wrong kind of kid. If you’re the white kind of kid, the rules aren’t so strict.
