Ya, to reiterate what others have said, that sounds like more social anxiety. Not to blame you, but I think it’s really nothing and you’re fine.

I obviously don’t know the dynamics of your work situation but I’ve been on calls with people who said MUCH more embarrassing shit, as well as stuff that was specifically disparaging to other people in the call, when they clearly thought they were muted and nothing happened. It’s obviously embarrassing for you and I understand why you feel that way of course, but in my opinion the most likely outcome is that nothing will happen.
