Killdozer bad, like really bad.
Damn, didn’t know the Douchef guy was actually a saint. Not only did he attempt to meet every increasingly insane price given for the property, he also attempted to give him land and a new building closer to the main road and when that failed offered to let him keep the property and install a sewer line for free just so he would drop the suit he was going to lose anyways.
Also this from a guy who was essentially robbed 20 years prior when he was outbid on his own property after going bankrupt. He even risked his life trying to stop the killdozer with his own very expensive heavy machinery.
