We are still a few basis points below long term average :) and that sucks but at the time it’s mean reversion.

No holiday for us again this year. Missed out for a few years due to Covid, now it’s interest rates. Need a break ffs. My bad for buying a house at the wrong time and not having time to fix rates

The Spear Lily flowers are starting to open. Was hoping to get a high stalk but that didn’t happen.
Gosh my TR expires late 2025 and I have to get started on the PR process. Not sure where to start, and every fkn agent wants like $300 for a 30 mins consult. sigh
[Unfortunately my work won’t sponsor my visa, i’ll have to either find my own way or find another company that will, but at this stage i really don’t want to leave my company as it’s a really good one]
