A lot of the prices of Pokemon cards going up is because millionaire weirdos who invested in baseball cards and comic books and if they’re super rich, art. It’s basically a price inflation scheme where it’s the same few people buying and selling this stuff off each other. It’s basically money laundering. Same thing with Super Mario Bros sealed games going for $600k.
