Of course one of you morons are gonna give me a lecture as to why it’s good to steal alcohol, or a much shorter answer of be gay do crimes, but I don’t see how stealing is justified. What if it was the Soviet Union?

I know this is a copypasta joke, but I’ve been burglarized and it fucking sucks. Broken window, check fraud, collections coming after me for checks I didn’t write, insurance claims. The incident lasted over a year. Don’t steal from people. I’m indifferent to companies.

Context matters. I generally don’t feel bad about stealing from the following groups:
- The government
- Large corporations
- People who are objectively terrible and deserve to be robbed
I wouldn’t steal from regular people, mom & pop shops, etc. or in any other situation where it causes measurable harm to someone who did nothing to deserve it.
