nothing changed tho. even if floyd did intentionally and willingly sacrifice himself, derek chauvin going to jail is just the standard consequence for one murder. it took months of uprising for ONE cop to go to jail for murder with no other changes. People weren’t in the street in LA and NY and Chicago and Seattle for one fucking cop to go to jail. It’s so sick the way the uprisings got instantly metabolized and liberalized
