I love how they bring up all the student debt Biden cancelled - only to students who went to crooked for-profit “schools” like ITT Tech that went defunct before they could graduate. So basically just a refund to people who got swindled out of a degree.
It may look like this administration has failed to handle covid in all the same ways as its predecessor, but have you considered that you’re wrong and should be sucking off Joe as way of apology?
Oh boy, $1400 checks! I bet that pays at least a year’s worth of rent for the average American, right? Because millions of people were out of work with no income for that length of time? I’m sure it’s completely enough and not an insultingly irrelevant amount of money in context!
I called up the IRS to ask about the tax refund I’m still owed (which is massive because I didn’t get the stimulus so it’s supposed to be delivered to me this way) and after about 15 minutes going through the call menu entering govt numbers and picking the right departments I just get told that there’s no news about when my refund will be processed and to call back if it’s been more then 21 days. Then the machine hung up on me. It’s been over 3 months
