Back in like 2018, Glenn was rightfully dunking on the IDW crowd, Bari Weiss, etc, and debunking their fake outrage over “campus free speech”.
He clearly knows it’s bullshit, and it’s really disappointing that now he acts like he doesn’t. All the more disappointing because it seems to be cynical and motivated by money.
Glenn was so, so butthurt that he wasn’t allowed on MSNBC or CNN for commentary that he changed his stripes and started playing a chud.
Glenn is motivated by fame more than money I think.
Given that his reporting exposed that the jailing of Lula was a conspiracy by Bolsanaro’s minister of justice, his husband is a member of parliament for the Brazilian Trotskites, and gangs related to Bolsanaro have murdered a popular member of that party, and drove another one out of the country, I think a possible theory is that he wants to remain in the spotlight as much as possible, to avoid becoming their next victim.
The grift label is amazing because it’s essentially arguing who is and isn’t a legitimate member of a fake movement.
