I just want to explore the universe but without FTL spaceships I would need to stay alive for a very long time

To my knowledge nothing so far discovered has extended our lifespan. So far we’ve only figured out how to stop a lot of things from prematurely ending a life.

Anti-aging science is starting to rev up tbh. We’ve already effectively de-aged rats and cell cultures. Extrapolating that to humans is a ways off, but not impossible by any means.

i want at the very least kim stanley robisonsonesq age extension that gets coupled with solar system wide socialism and a wide array of non-physically addictive tailored drugs for fun. only thing that sucks is you basically get stuck looking like you are in your late 60s despite having the internal workings of a 30 year old. and your brain can suddenly just decide to give up.

According to Buddhist teachings I’m already immortal because there was never an “I”.

Jesus says you will be saved. Mohammed says you will see paradise. Padmasambhava takes a hit off a fat blunt and says nah bruh you won’t exist after you die but that’s cool because you never existed before you died either.
