She can be a janitor for a communal living operation. It is important and dignified work that will hopefully teach her the value of labor and caring for the people/spaces we need to flourish as both individuals and a community. Perhaps she will never be good at it, but that’s okay. Much like the last emporer of China, the learning and the example are more important.
