Yeah the collapse of democracy will stop if I worry enough about it online. As we all know, being vocal about our concerns online is opposing literal fascism. Mussolini was in power until the Italian people posted about how he’s the biggest threat to democracy and used it as a cudgel to scold people into voting against him. Hitler was thwarted by a breathless podcast episode about turning in your racist uncle for posting a podium guy meme. No leftist worth their salt would deny this. History is when you talk about stuff online and make sure everyone is deeply concerned about the right things.
