Someone once said that LinkedIn is social media for demons, and they were absolutely right. Also if I have to see another dumb ass car-salesman from my hometown talk about the importance of hard work and good work ethic, i’m gonna go do adventurism.
It’s completely terrible will make you want to peel your eyes. On the other hand I’ve gotten jobs from it, so who’s to say if it’s good or bad.

I barely use it for anything but job search, and sharing stuff i wrote that makes me look like a competent professional, since some people care about it when asking for freelance work. I maintain a completely separate online identity on linkedin, but It’s relatively easy to sprinkle some hot takes inbetween the bullshit. I draw the line at those motivational-ass posts though.

Put food on your table? Dude, I did Uber for a couple of months and far from being able to feed myself, I put food on Uber’s table. Probably made, like, negative 7 dollars an hour.
