For the sake of balance, every game will have a similar number of NPCs, quest lines, AI, etc.

If you can’t think of a game, any fictional setting works.

So if we are talking full dive vr with general AI implementation. There are only two good options as I see it.

  1. Pokemon. Nice place to hang out, pet cute animals, make friends, overthrow the anarchosyndical society and create a post scarcisty utopia. plus you know, dittos.

  2. Animal crossing. It’d be like minecraft only you’d have friends.

Anythihg else would just give you power ptsd

no, you can try to roleplay as such an entity in Stellaris, but that’s only on the macro level.

Turing complete is not a big ask. Plenty of games are Turing complete. Minecraft and factorio, for example
