For the sake of balance, every game will have a similar number of NPCs, quest lines, AI, etc.
If you can’t think of a game, any fictional setting works.

So if we are talking full dive vr with general AI implementation. There are only two good options as I see it.

Pokemon. Nice place to hang out, pet cute animals, make friends, overthrow the anarchosyndical society and create a post scarcisty utopia. plus you know, dittos.

Animal crossing. It’d be like minecraft only you’d have friends.
