When balkanization happens, it will be the combination of sheriff’s departments, PB type orgs, and militias that are most able to exert their power over leftists, minorities, and dissidents. This is unless said groups come together, build bonds of solidarity, and get a hell of a lot more weaponry

While driving down Wheeler Avenue, the police officers stopped their unidentified car and interrogated Diallo, who was in front of his apartment. When they ordered Diallo to show his hands, he supposedly ran into the apartment and reached into his pocket to show his wallet.[5] Soon afterwards, assuming Diallo was drawing a firearm, the four officers fired 41 shots[6] with semi-automatic pistols,[7][1][8] hitting Diallo 19 times, fatally wounding him Eyewitness Sherrie Elliott stated that the police continued to shoot even though Diallo was already down.
I still remember how hearing about this as a kid changed my view of the world completely
The brutally of the overkill was already insane back then but everything has just gotten worse
