In the morning, if my face is a little puffy, I’ll put on an ice pack while doing my stomach crunches. I can do a thousand now. After I remove the ice pack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Very simple. I wash my face and beard every time I take a shower (typically every other day unless I’m really sweating it up). Before bed, I use a moisturizer with hyaluronic acid. I often forget to do this. In the morning, I put on an SPF 15 moisturizer.

AM: wash with cerave gentle cleanser and moisturize with cetaphil

PM: wash with cerave foaming cleanser and moisturize again with Cetaphil and sometimes with a drop of squalene if I need it

Once a week I do a clay mask that I mix with diluted herbal vinegar to neutralize it a little. Also do “dermaplanning” once a week with eyebrow razors

I need to add sunscreen though

Since you already use CeraVe, I highly recommend their AM daily face moisturizer, it has SPF 15 and it’s super nice

Trim my beard with a beard trimmer, suffer a terrible breakout, nuke it with clean and clear continuous control (the only thing I’ve found that works, it will probably give me cancer), have skin chill out over the next few days until my beard gets too long. We also use this Japanese cream called senka perfect whip which works really well.

Exfoliating might help with the post shaving breakouts

I’ve had awful acne my whole life so I’ve gone through a million different treatments, but honestly I’ve had success recently just giving my face a thorough wash with warm water in the morning and evening. No products. Or maybe I’ve just finally outgrown it at (age way too old to be outgrowing acne lol)

Buy some extra pillow cases and put a fresh one on every night, it’s a game changer
