There’s something about Syrians who now live outside of Syria that makes them so fucking insufferable. The same could probably said about most war-torn countries.

Gusano complex. The desire to shed one’s past/colored skin just so to prove one’s fealty to the empire is intense. It’s basically like you have to stomp hard on where you come from in order to lift yourself up into the westoid world order.
