They have some pretty big roadmaps for hydropower and this propaganda is trying to say that Chinese dams are faulty, that if China is making huge advancements in building dams quickly and safely, thats a bad thing. That China should remain on coal and oil and that they shouldn’t be taming the floods that have historically killed millions of people.
