America being responsible for 9/11 is not a conspiracy theory it’s just a straightforward assessment of the situation. It was a reaction to America’s tyranny throughout the world. Bush didn’t have to hijack the plane himself for America to be responsible.
And anyway, you could also interpret the message in this shitpost as 9/11 being symbolic of the concept of terrorism. America definitely does a lot of terrorism.
