I hate how they completely ignore how there’s ongoing oppression against queer people and racial minorities right now, under Biden, and he’s doing nothing about it or is actively making it worse. I live in Texas. Completely within Biden’s term my state has outlawed trans healthcare and abortions. They’ve also begun gutting schools in primarily black or Latino districts. Biden’s response has been to bomb Palestinians.
And yet these liberals tell me Trump is going to do worse to me? Biden’s already allowing the worst of the fascists to do whatever they please. Biden in his second term is gonna overthrow the Texan state and shoot Greg Abbott in the head? And at the same time he’ll bomb Palestinian kids?

It’s things like this that really vindicates the whole scratched liberal thing from last century. At every single opportunity, without fail, liberals betray the working masses to fascists, always “compromising” and giving them carte blanche to do what they want, and when the fascists gain power, they won’t do anything because they don’t like changing the status quo. All because they fear a state controlled by the workers.
They’re real people who were infiltrated by trollfarms when they were still on Reddit and lured into a more controlled environment.

I didn’t get that comment at all, it’s like they just threw that out there in a misguided attempt to gain credibility, because everything else they said in that thread was like they were fighting our corner.
Pretty sure it’s an impression they picked up from our interactions with the fediverse rather than actual hexbear posts - they see the united front we put out when bodying liberals and believe that is our only face, one of complete agreement. They have no idea about the disagreements we have among ourselves, because they never visit the posts that happens on.
