currency is probably the easiest thing to short since the first step to shorting something is to borrow it and borrowing currency is simple

It took me a solid 20 seconds to realize it had to do with currency.

Or something from a cookie (biscuit?) recipe. A shortened pound of butter. A full pound is too much, you have to take a bit off to get the dough right.
