Half of the characters are black. This forced diversity is getting out of hand!
What if you could turn the pawn into another king, and they had to mate both kings?
Didn’t this actually happen? I think I read somewhere about players being upset by the Queen piece having the role that it did.
Of course, “change gender” is always the correct choice (unless it would force a stalemate.)
