This article actually doesn’t tell you anything about Pak Bean, lol.

about 6 years ago, a Pakistani Mr Bean impersonator visited Zimbabwe and got the royal treatment because everyone thought he was the real Mr Bean. When they found out they had been fooled, it fueled a years long national feud.

Honestly the idea of impersonating someone famous in a foreign country for any serious length of time when it’s all easily verifiable is pretty funny to me.
