Ukrainian propaganda since day one has always pivoted between “we are winning and the Ghost of Kiev will liberate Moscow next week” and “we are on the cusp of defeat and if you dont send us as much military aid as we want, Orks will be murdering children in Lisbon by tomorrow.”
