I feel like the masses are moving left on balance, but the reaction is that the people moving right are moving that way faster (and of course they hold most of the positions of power)
I’ve always seen it depicted moving right but i’m in bed right now and doing want to get up to go consult an orbital diagram of the solar system.
i’m not certain but from my experience, people are becoming really self-centered and individualist not realizing that they are being exploited. Spewing hatred and historical revisionist nonsense. Not just the privileged top 1% or whatever but even less well off people! Neoliberal ideology truly creates brain damage. I’m not from the imperial core btw, capitalist ideology is exported everywhere by the west.
