It’s -10f but the wind chill makes it around -30f and it’s blowing hard. I tried to leave the hospital earlier and the elevators had frozen so I walked to the ground floor with a herd of other people

My room isn’t getting warm! Its fine in the living room but it won’t get warm in my room! Luckily my roommate is fine if I sleep on the couch but ugh!!! Idk if one of my windows isnt properly sealed or what???

how is your house heated, if central make sure the duct is open. close ducts in parts of the house you don’t need as warm

I dont think my apartment is large enough for concerns of “parts of the house you dont need as warm” its just a my room, my roomates room, our repsective bathrooms, and the all connected central area (entrance, living, small dining, kitchen). Idk. Thanks though.
