There are single room apartments in vietnam for a couple hundred a month like wtf
There are plenty of places in the US where 1br apartments are well below a thousand a month.
How absolutely heartbreaking that you can’t live on the riverfront in the valley right by the strip loop with all the flashy lights with a bodega right by the bayside boardwalk.
Smaller cities and towns have a huge amount of potential to organize, socially harmonize, gain substantial political footholds in, and make a personal difference that’s more than a drop in a sea of people. Are you open to this, or do you want to just throw up your hands and go searching abroad for the perfect commodity of an urban lifestyle?
If you’re open to it, PM me so that I don’t have to dox myself or my friends and accomplices. I know plenty of people who have rented decent houses for less than $900, or purchased them for less than $75k.
My retirement plan is to work until I die.
Food over there is way better, too
