Under communism, we will have a mine where people just break rocks into endlessly smaller pieces. Opinion columnists will be the first people in there. We will tell them that, much like in the before times, they have the honor of disproving the labor theory of value.
I’ll take Trump over DeSantis, no question.
Trump mitigated a lot of his own bad policy by being incompetent. He pissed off other rich people, which is why he got the push back that he did.
DeSantis would use DHS policy to torment trans people and minorities nationwide and he’d fit right in with the federalist ghouls.
Trump wants to execute drug dealers. He’s a scumbag too. And lost his mind more than ever over this court case thing.
It’s just a degree of difference in their vindictiveness toward their targets.
Oh yeah they’re both fascists that need the wall, but one of them is successfully enacting a fascist state in real time while the other is on the fast track to burger dementia.
I’ll take the incompetent leader over the competent one, as a trans person I’ll be in danger either way.
