I know I’m old and boring, but I have been tempted to jump into threads and ask Hexbeariums to chill out with he dunking. I think that informed debate does more than dunking, and spreads the message better.
I get it. Libs suck, and many of them aren’t debating us in reasonable fashion. They probably deserve it, but often 20 comments of PPB and other one-liners under one thread just makes us look a bit silly.

Not to be an enlightened centrist, but we need both tactics. Informed debate is definitely important, but so is hardcore dunking. Different tactics click with different people. But I agree, there needs to be a balance and right now it feels like it’s weighted too much towards repeated PPB (which imo should be reserved only for the more egregious bad faith arguments).
I’m sorry I ran into the fascist who came here yesterday to be all anti-communist and double genocide theory on the 4chan instance and I couldn’t resist telling him to follow his leader while he was doing a racism and bemoaning all the false positives calling things racist. Maybe we won’t get to see the 4chan instance now. Mea culpa.
