Yeah, once you have a dairy allergy and start paying attention you start realizing just how much shit in the USA is infused with whey or use lactose as a binding agent. It’s kind of fucking absurd and pisses me off because I KNOW you can make some stuff without it, it’d just be slightly more expensive to produce. I can’t imagine having to navigate around two food allergies at one time though.
