What if, to transport multiple passengers traveling to common locations along a “line,” we connected several teslas together and had them run on a sort of “track?” When passengers got to their desire destination, the Tesla “Train” would stop, allowing passengers to disembark.

Saw you post this recently - having watched this, is Elon saying they’re not even going to have the “commuter” pods that can fit several people?? That it’s literally just Teslas in tunnels?
He has said that there would be, and is now saying that maybe there won’t be since Tesla doesn’t make those. Since this is “fucking magic” like the guy explains in the video, elon isn’t subjected to the bounds of reality so he can pretty much make it up as he goes along.
the elevator thing is the dumbest part, it would create a gigantic bottleneck if there was enough traffic and then what is the point?
Just buy a Tesla? Elon can’t stop there. We’re heading for Infrastructure as a service baby. Buy a Tesla HyperLoop subscription. It’s a steal at only $30/month.
How funny would it be if the next version is just a normal highway but for Teslas only. Then he gets a huge DOT contract to build and maintain highways in CA or something.
